when hooking up the weight distribution how tight should i put on the torsion bar, currently i am hooking in to the fourth chain link

I find if I make the tow vehicle level (as some suggest above) the ride is not as stable. If I recall mine was 5/8" down in back and "3/8" down in front for optimal perceived ride (which is within measurement error of the Chevy suggestion posted by Ron). This also reduces wear on the (more fragile) front suspension.
