Weighed at CAT scale - Need some clarification

I finally had a chance to weigh our new TT. I made 3 passes. Here are my numbers: Truck and TT with WD hooked up; Steer axle: 4080 Drive axle: 4840 Trailer axle: 8240 Gross Weight: 17160...

Truck is 2009 f-250, v-10, crew cab, 4x4, regular bed. I know an option that came with the truck were HD front springs. This is probably why it is a little hard to get more weight on the steer axle.

Hitch is 1200lb Equalizer 4 point system

Trailer is 2014 keystone outback 323BH
