Without an example, it is hard for me to believe. I am not trying to beat this to death, but I am interested in accurate information. So many people perpetuate the myth (in my opinion) that insurance won't cover you if you are overweight somehow, and until we see someone's story where this actually happened it will just have to remain a myth, I guess. Can you please give us the scenario where this occurred?
I do understand insurance companies don't want to pay if they don't have to, but if you are liable in an accident for almost any reason (except things like intentional acts) then your liability policy will cover you.
