I too never remove my hitch and its padlocked. Once you have a system of hooking and unhooking, its no big deal but I really like my backup camera on the Tahoe. Usually its one "shot" and the ball is right under the receiver. I'm also in the group of setting up camp and then exploring the area in the TV. To do that in a C you'll need to tow a vehicle so IMO nothing is gained.
