Tshirt,
Congrats on the (soon) new rig!!! Your new trailer only has about 1,200lbs payload capacity??? Surprising considering it is a larger trailer.

8k dry will be ~9k-9.5k loaded. 1400 bars are a bit more than you need but not excessive overkill.
I wouldn't suggest less than 1,400 or 1,500lb bars. Chances are the 1,200lb will not be enough once loaded. Our 8,000lb dry weight trailer (loaded about 9,200lbs) has about 1,400lbs of tw.
Tshirt,
As for a wdh, the Reese HP Dual Cam, Reese SC, and the Equal-I-Zer 4 way systems are very good with integrated sway control. The SC and 4 way models are a little easier to set up, but some regard the DC as having a little more sway control the them. Both Reese hitches allow more fine tuning of the head tilt than the Equal-I-Zer.
I have looked into the Husky Centerline, the top model. It seems like a very good system with one minor issue, that you need to be in almost a straight line when booking up or unhooking. And some complained it was heavy!!!??? Lol
I have also looked at the Blue Ox, but still haven't figured out exactly how the sway control works. I know BO states it is in the bars, due to how they are flexed under load.
From feedback on the Anderson system, it does not work well with heavier tw. Users have reported not being able to transfer enough weight back to the front axle. And there is a certain coupler style (or two) it doesn't work with.
Of course, if you want to spend the money, the Hensley or Pro Pride are even better, but expensive.
Good luck deciding.
