That's a fairly generic WD hitch. I have one just like it that's branded "Quality S". Etrailer has a number of videos on hitch setup. The principles are pretty much the same across the board. Here are 2 videos that come close to your type of hitch. One thing you'll want to do is read your truck's manual and look for the front fender spec when using a WD hitch. GM for example says to measure front fender height without trailer then when adjusting the hitch bring the front fender back to stock height. This puts weight back on the steering control and is one of the primary reasons for using WD. Some rear squat is normal. Mine is about 1.5 inches down in the back.
