Weight of 2009 S &S montana avalanche 992
I cannot find specs anywhere for this camper. Anyone out ther have one, or know the inside scoop. I have to drive to look at it. Hoping to get 2017 f-350 srw with camper package. Gvwr of 17000#??...

Positive about the year. S&S is still in business, though doing a contract for the gov't and making fewer campers for a while. We understand their units are high quality, but relatively heavy. I thought the avalanche got a bit lighter though than previous versions.
It doesn't have the signatute bubble windows. In fact no forward window in the cabover. Will definitely scope out roof and leaks.
