Smok'n deal in my book for a total rebuild with the parts you listed.
I have 180K on my 06 Dodge Diesel and when I bought the truck on 2008 with 40K on it I put $4800 in a CD for a built transmission down the road. Haven't had to touch the money yet! (Touch wood!)
Not sure if the 04 had a different transmission from the 06...but mine is still strong and I pull a 10K# trailer regularly and a Truck Camper as needed. I certainly don't baby my truck.
I've broken three universal joints being a bit foolish (fuelish?) with my Juice With Attitude programmer...........475HP and over 800pounds foot torque....Don't need no Charger or GT500.... :-)
