Thanks! Axle ratio discussion aside, this truck is way more capable than my gasser 250 could ever be. I considered regearing & keeping it, but was fearful of still having a marginal towing experience.
Our new trailer has #15.5K gvwr, so I'm totally fine with 3.42 gears and the Aisin/HO combination.
With this truck also being my 100+ mile daily driver I'm hoping for slightly better fuel economy with the lower gears.
