My camper has a wet bath, it's only about 3" higher floor-wise in the shower than on the main floor.
It's 3' long and not much wider than me.
Showering requires a bit of flexibility, and I usually only use the toilet as a urinal, unless emergency strikes, then I have to boot everyone out of the camper, because I can't use it comfortably with the door shut due to the space limits.
