1. A nice floor mat to wipe your feet before you come inside.
2. Good quality sewer hose and connections.
3. Tire chalks to keep your trailer from moving when you unhook. X-chocks are even better.
4. Good level.
5. Camp chairs for outside use.
6. Grill for outside cooking
7. Sticks for roasting marshmallows or cooking hotdogs.
8. Solar or generator for recharging your batteries if you'll be dry camping.
