1. Power tongue jack, 2. Adequate amount of Level blocks, 3. Surge protector and 30amp to 50amp adapters. 4. Water pressure check valve ( brass not plastic), 5. Exterior Grill, 6. Copper bottom coated pans ( wonderful for propane stoves,) heats super quick, less propane usage, 7. Comfortable lawn chair(s), 8. A good Multi meter and lightweight tools Specific to your trailer. 9. Sturdy ladder for getting branches or debris off your awning, or hanging decorations 10. Sturdy water proof mat(s) 11. First aid kit(s), make sure you have burn crème and hot /cold packs, and a good flashlight ( I have found that led work good for us) 12. Handheld cb(s) or walkie talkie, (alternate communications), Anyway u get the point and a lot of this stuff can be found at thrift stores, yard sales, and so on. Don't skimp on your first aid kit though. In our family Life Safety is #1.
