I just looked at rv rentals in Oh and saw dealers such as Post Travel Land in Columbus with rentals around $800 for a week, and they offer to tow it where you want to go, there are private rentals a little cheaper all around Ohio also.
So find a park you are interested in staying in, and rent one and let them tow it. And there is no reason it has to be Ohio, You can find the same arrangements anywhere else, and then visit somewhere you have wanted to.
If you already have the truck, I would suggest you rent the largest of the Uhaul trailers a couple of times, preferably on a Sunday when you can easily find empty parking lots to practise turning, parking , and backing in. Get the longer trailer because its actually easier to learn to back up with a longer trailer, ones under 16' are sensitive to very minor changes and corrections. Better to spend $40 on a uhaul rental for learning than $125 for a tt day and only drive it to a site and done. This way you can concentrate on the towing part for a full day.
