We bought our first hybrid camper last February and are just winding up our first winter of snow birding.
WE LOVE IT!
We have been down in Florida. Mostly in northern Florida and it was CO!D for the first month or so. REAL COLD. There were mornings that it was 26 degrees when we got up. We stayed toasty warm.
I had cut Reflectix panels for the bunkend windows and made my own insulated cover for the ends. Covering the bunkends kept us warm, prevented condensation on the inside of vinyl, and also helped keep the vinyl dry while closing up in the rain.
We had a regular guest visit on several occasions and it was easy to accommodate with comfortable sleeping.
We also have dry camped several nights while traveling and it was easy to pull into a Walmart parking lot and fix dinner, eat, and then sleep all without having to open the bunkends.
We frequently say "I LOVE OUR CAMPER" and this is after 3 months of living in it!
I have seen virtually every other type of camper in our travels and I am very pleased to report that I have yet to see one that I wanted more than the one I currently own. For that, I am a wealthy person.
"I LOVE MY HYBRID"!!!
