What brand of Tire Pressure Monitoring System recommended?

We have a new 2013 Jayco X213 travel trailer that we will pull with 2011 extended Chevy Van 2500. What brand and can it be switched to new tires when needed. As you can tell, I have no idea what I'm talking about? Someone said they are like new stems? That didn't make sense. So, I am hoping to take advantage of the experience of this group and just shop by brand and price.

  • X2 for Pressure Pro. That said, some of the newer models out have batteries that you can change yourself, a huge advantage vs some of the earlier generation TPMS's.....
  • I love my Pressure Pro. Many TPMS require the use of metal valve stems. Rubber ones flex too much due to sensor weight. Easy to switch from vehicle to vehicle as desired.
