OH I am sorry about the confusion on this one,it is indeed a quote from Denice Derringer. I have fixed it.
My family travels this stretch of I 15 often to all our races and recreation in the High Desert.
I was very surprised that this happened there,it is 3 lanes wide with a very wide dirt shoulder.
