What Did You Do For Your Travel Trailer Recently?

Brushed snow off of the areas I could reach. Shoveled snow from around it.

Installed a microwave in our 85 Wilderness, also got a new Norcold fridge and a new smoke detecter.

Since it is winter in Massachusetts I only did interior items. I installed the Dirt Devil central vac system. Also, I removed the wallpaper border in the kitchen and replaced it with "tile" for the backsplash.

Washed the exterior, fixed a leaking water line and then patched the floor. We're still having sub-freezing weather on and off so I'll flush and sanitize the water lines and FW holding tank in a few weeks.

Our teardrop is set up for serious boondocking with a 185W solar panel and 150AH AGM battery. One of the concerns I have since we often camp in well shaded sites or in the case of bad weather is supplying enough current to keep the battery charged with out hauling a generator. The tear has all LED lights, sat TV and radio,and a Waeco refrigerator that all run on the 12V system.
Harbor Freight had 16' 6ga jumper cables on sale. I cut one set of clamps off and soldered a set of lugs on one end and cut off about a foot and a half and soldered on 50A Anderson Power Poles. This will allow me to charge the battery from the tow vehicle more quickly than through the seven pole trailer plug. why the Power Poles? The battery sits in a battery box with the shut for the Vectron battery monitor and putting a set of battery clamps with out shorting out would be risky.

Took out the couch and put in duel leather recliners. Nice and soft now. If we have Company they will have to sleep on the recliners as I took the awful dining room table out and put a permanent type in. Cannot make the table into a bed

Hopefully, this weekend, mine is getting a new battery and a new power tongue jack...Maybe a bath too!
