I have a 2014 F 350 6.7 I've only had it since march but have owned diesel pickup trucks since 1990 and a bunch of semi diesel trucks since 1980 all I can say about this one is .....OH WHAT A TRUCK !!! I would want to look at the service records, These trucks are very quiet compared to the older diesels. Check the front end , ball joints, u joints and if they need replacing make sure they are greaseable. Have they been changing the trans fluid regularly ? The verdict is still out on the 6.7 but so far so good and they have a ton of power. 160,000 to a diesel this size should not be a problem and it should have many miles left in it, my brothers 7.3 is going strong at 387,000 miles.
