Get the VIN number and go to a Ford dealer and get an OASIS report. That's the record of everything that has been done to the truck warranty wise at the dealer, and also any services that were done at the dealer that happen to be in the system.
That's not a new truck, which was obviously run fairly hard. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it is best to check these things out.
Ram trucks are also fairly common and cheaper to find at that mileage, as they are commonly used by hot shot transporters.
It may pay to take a look at those also. Find a good independent diesel mechanic and take whatever you are planning on buying to be looked over. Best warranty for out of warranty vehicle you can get.
