We travel with around 10 gallons of fresh water, for emergency purposes only. If I need to stop we stop at a large truck stop.
For food, we have a loaded fridge, along with a cooler in the car and snacks.
Always make reservations and set alarms. We both work, and have 2 small kids so I'm not going to wing it with them.
If we are stopping for one night, I'll level the trailer but very seldom unhook. I usually take the weight of the wdh but not always.
