Awning. Sort of serious - having that big awning. Provides shade in the sun, protects you from rain.
Otherwise - bathroom. Having your own toilet. Speaking of which, get trailer with a bathroom that is large if possible. Our bathroom is "usable", but pretty cramped. Make sure you have enough room to Comfortably sit on the toilet - sometimes the toilets are positioned oddly to create more room.
Air conditioning is wonderful on hot, humid days.
Bed... our TT has rear bunks, with the bottom bunk being larger than the top, pretty common layout for a 20ish foot travel trailer. I'm 6ft 1 inch, though, and sleeping on that back bed has my head hitting the back wall and my feet hitting the closet or hanging over the edge. It is not a comfortable place for me to sleep.
So... our TT also has the U-shaped dinette, which we wanted because it sits 6 people. Turns out the bed feature was even better for us. It drops down to make an almost Queen sized bed - it is wonderful. We added a 2 inch memory foam topper and we sleep great. YES, it takes effort to drop the dinette to make up the bed, but many trips we eat outside so just leave the bed in place. Otherwise, it is worth it for the massive bed - at least I think so.
