We use car windshield (bubble foil type)sun shades cut to fit for all windows and skylights.Keeps the temps down and darker inside when we don't want to rise with the chickens. We store our camper in an enclosed building with a thermostatically controlled attic fan and yes, the A/C is utilized if we're inside for more than 30 seconds!
