Okay, even if you open all windows and have cross ventilation and it's 100* outside, guess what it's going to be inside?? ;)
Your body will feel cooler if there is air being circulated around you by either the breeze or a fan and your sweat on your body..
If you can provide some water mist into the moving air, that will make the cooling effect even better (aka, swamp cooler)..
But, if you can't provide an actual air conditioner unit to pull the heat out of your camper you are SOL.. ;)
