What effect will heavy use have on the life of our truck?

Our truck and trailer are as shown in signature...trailer ~ 5000 lbs...truck rated to tow 8600 Here's the issue...our truck is rarely if ever used except when pulling the trailer...stated another ...

I own a 2010 Ford F 350 with a 340K miles on it as a work truck for my company.
6.4L V8 DIR POWERSTROKE TURBO DIESEL Engine, automatic trans. The truck every day has 4 ton hooked to it. I also have a 2015 loaded the same with 210K on it with no issues. The transmitions cant be beat.
