What fuel do you run in your EcoBoost pickup? (not HO)

I would like to hear from those of you that own an EcoBoost pickup which octane fuel you run. Have you tried other octanes and what difference did you notice? This excludes the Raptor and the new Li...

I have a Taurus SHO with the 3.5 Ecoboost. I will run a tank of midgrade occasionally and I can tell a difference in power and MPGs....
