What fuel do you run in your EcoBoost pickup? (not HO)

I would like to hear from those of you that own an EcoBoost pickup which octane fuel you run. Have you tried other octanes and what difference did you notice? This excludes the Raptor and the new Li...

We run 87 now. We did try 93 on a long trip to the Keys. We got about 1.5-2 mpg better with 93. I think it took a couple fill up to adjust and help. With the difference in pump price we have decided that it is not worth the change. Could not tell difference in power.
