What fuel do you run in your EcoBoost pickup? (not HO)

I would like to hear from those of you that own an EcoBoost pickup which octane fuel you run. Have you tried other octanes and what difference did you notice? This excludes the Raptor and the new Li...

^ Been like that as long as I been on this forum.
But I do enjoy the off the wall theories like engines taking tanks of fuel to adjust to octane.....
