What fuel do you run in your EcoBoost pickup? (not HO)

I would like to hear from those of you that own an EcoBoost pickup which octane fuel you run. Have you tried other octanes and what difference did you notice? This excludes the Raptor and the new Limited with the HO engine that specifically require 93 octane.

Run 87 unless towing. Run 91 towing.

Have always run it that way and cannot tell you the difference.

Not a pickup, but we’ve run nothing but regular in our Ford Edge with the 2.0 EcoBoost. Just over 100,000 trouble free miles so far. Put a tank of premium in it once but couldn’t tell a difference.

I run regular as well in my 3.5eb.

Regular. Higher octane fuel in the F150 is a complete waste of money, truck won't take advantage of the extra octane.
