The 10 speed was co-developed by GM and Ford...GM calls their version an ‘Allison’...(GM use to own Allison but still has rights to market the name). I heard on the Car Pro show today that they’re still trying to sort out the algo-programming due to the transmission getting confused as to which gear it should be in...I’d wait at least a year or two to get the bugs out...
