I remember that post (although I thought he had more miles). Was pleasantly surprised that he owned up to the error. My guess is that there are many out there that would expect the manufacture to repair the vehicle under warranty.
Yeah, I know he ran the oil out to it's limits, just couldn't remember how many times he did and how many miles were on the truck. IIRC he didn't have a lot of miles on it. He was pretty calm about the whole thing.
