Don't worry about it. In 5 years you'll be tired of the bunkhouse layout as it'll have outlived it's usefulness and your tweens and teens will want to sleep in tents, only using the bathroom and kitchen as conveniences that you keep fully stocked, LOL.

Get a more powerful truck and enjoy selves one day at a time:).
