Ours had lots of annoying little quality control issues when we got it.
All the clips at the bottom of the blinds were crooked. In some cases, there was over an inch of difference from one end of the blinds to the other. We replaced them all with day/night shades, so it wasn't a big deal.
There was a small water leak under the sink, where the outdoor shower hooks up. By the time we noticed it, there was a fair amount of water under there. I just had to tighten one of the fittings a little and dry it out with a fan.
We found a bunch of screws that were either stripped from overtightening, not screwed in all the way, or totally missed their mark (screwed into air).
The head of the kitchen faucet was cross-threaded and ended up falling off. It just needed to be properly assembled.
They were all little things, and I fixed them all myself. We absolutely LOVE the camper and don't mind fixing a few things here and there. I would definitely buy it again.
One thing I did notice that might be more of a design issue is that the propane tanks can be difficult to change out. If the opening were just 1/2" bigger, it would be a piece of cake. As it is, they have to be tilted at just the right angle...
