Don't have the 850 (which is a great floor plan) and went with the 840 instead.
Only quality issues we had:
Outside ladder had a sticky pin, not a huge deal.
Battery box was not sealed from the interior, first wash had water under the cabinet.
All the blinds rods fell/fall off. Simple fix.
Stereo speakers in overcab cab do not work with blue tooth devices. Annoying, not fixed yet and dealer is worthless.
Missing the small cushion to make the lower dinette into a bed. FIVE calls to the dealer...multiple promises to order it. 2 calls to the factory, they tell us a dealer issue. VERY pissed about this. Minor but principals.
Ordered the fox landing gear. Two things. The hardware the manufacturer sent was sized incorrect or they drilled/tapped the bumper wrong. Had to buy smaller hardware to fix. Meh.
The step that goes on top of the bumper (final step before entrance) did not come. Call to Northwood....it is not included and costs additional, even though they show it as part of the fox landing package. Our dealer did not inform us of this. $750.....that was not cool.
No LED bulbs in the reading lights in cabover. Every light is...except these.
LOVE the camper. These are minor in the RV industry. Our dealer sucks and Northwood wasn't much help either. I haven't had time to be the squeaky wheel so.....
I'd still buy it again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!
