I'm not a fan of behemoth campers, and behemoth trucks to haul them with. I prefer something a little smaller and more nimble. If I was wanting something big, I'd get a motorhome, or fifth wheel and be truely comfortable in all it's spaciousness.
To me, a truck and camper represents something that can get out into places that a bigger RV cant go. Truck camper camping is closer to real camping than most types of RVs are. If the camper is too big to get into the places a truck camper should be able to, it defeats the purpose of having a truck camper!
I think SoCal is a mind reader!! This is why I sold my 30' 5th wheel and got a truck camper.
I guess I don't expect a TC to have room for sitting 4 or more. Initially I thought the kitchen slide out was potentially a neat feature. I would have to see it in person and get a feel for how much of a reach the storage is. I thought the landing pad was a pretty nice option, although it would detract for off-roading with it's extended overhang. But I can see it being a nice option for many and a great addition for Palomino. I wonder if Torklift will offer it to other brands?
