Thanks to all who responded. So very much good info here I hardly know where to start my response.
As it is, most of this stuff just shows us the way, mention of "ejections" made me laugh but alas, I have my own story on that which I shall save for the end. I had alrady been using the sink but had not even thought about using the nuker or the oven! Waht great ( & so obvious as I see now) ideas!
Hooks & Eye's! Brilliant! Shame on me for not thinking of it!
Mesh has come to mind in many ways but not yet found. I recall as a young boy, my Dad always had a net accross the inside roof of our sedan.
Something like that could be used perhaps?!!
Mesh bags with pull strings! Great idea there too!
I often buy fresh strawberries in those small square green plastic baskets and have been utilizing them in my TC with limited success.
Have also saved up Lipton Tea boxes as they are quite firm but have yet to make us of them. I will be checking the link or links provided too and appreciate having them left for me. Thanks again to all...
And now here is my not so humerous story about mass food launch in my Lance!!!
First, I am only a couple of months new as a TC owner so the inevitably mistakes were imminent! Before any protection or shelf guards were ever up this happened. I was driving down the street and hit a big one. I noticed motion in the rear view and heard the peremptory commotion back there! Since I know there was no dog back there, I know I would have surprises ahead!!! When I reached my destination and opened the camper door, a lake of pancake syrup was oozing towards me on the old carpet I had recently installed as a place holder where there previously was none! The plastic bottle was laying there at the source of the flood and had simply exploded on impact! I noted also a half gallon of milk had not done the same so quickly picked it up and placed it back in the fridge which incidently was closed securely at the time. I then realized that the fridge door had opened, spit out the contants onto the floor and then re-closed itself!
I now have the "fridge holders" shown in one of the pics in this thread accross all fridge shelves and need more for the cupboards as also shown by that responder. Well, what a silly lesson that was to learn!
One last item: how do you turn on both spell check and notifications?
Notifications I am certain I set and yet I am not receiving any emails from the forum...
