Initially thought this was fantasy, but more reports of this are coming in and it appears Marchionne is prepared for a hostile takeover of GM. How will this affect " my Truck is better than yours" See...

In his defence he has been talking about a merger with another company so FCA can survive . Lately he wanted GM to merge with FCA, now it appears he is looking at a hostile takeover. Looks like 2016 is going to be the year.
