What in the world to do about TERRIBLE bunkends?

Dutchmen has probably the worst customer support with the hybrids, than any other hybrid manufacturer.
it's sad because, at one time, they were the most cutting-edge hybrid manufacturer.
the Thermarest ends were innovative but weren't completely thought out.
the Thermarest mattresses were really a bad concept, like a thin futon mattress. they got more complaints than the tent ends did.
they had the Thule RV system and the Arvika tongue-mounted bike system, as options for the Kodiak and Cub hybrids.
