We traded in our TT to a dealership and bought a Class A MH. Now a week later, they text me, asking me where my "hitch work" is, and asking why it wasn't inside of my TT. Huh??? What is the norm? ...

Goodwill and Dealer do not belong in the same sentence.
All ANY dealer cares about is money. The really successful ones are skilled at hiding this fact from the customer... Some so well that many believe otherwise.
