Couple of interesting bits I have pick up along the way. I once needed a few pieces for an older Dual-Cam Hitch I was relocating to my newer trailer. The very trustworthy owner of the little dealership that sold me the new trailer told me, "I'll send on of my guys into our "junk room" to see if we have them laying around, if we can find them, you can have them, but I cannot sell used hitch parts, way too much liability". He did, in fact, give me one of the pieces I needed. I called another Ma & Pop dealer near us, and got pretty much the same reply.
As for the Cornerstone warranty, last year I did business with a very busy, well regarded, independent Motorhome repair shop. The first thing you see when you walk in is a permanent plaque mounted on the wall behind the service counter. It says "We DO NOT do business with the these warrantee companies" Cornerstone was top of the list.
