Yes, you are correct. When I asked where the auxiliary battery is that is missing from the coach (empty tray on one side), they said, WE DONT HAVE ONE. When I asked about the Spare Wheel listed on the Options MSRP sheet I got from Thor, they said, WE DON'T HAVE ONE. Same with a couple of other things that should have gone with the coach.
I also have to keep it on a somewhat even keel, as they are replacing the main awning that had holes in it and the shower door that is cracking at the handle.
Ugh. We have now found two possibly major problems... water damage. Will have that checked next week. I just hate having to deal with them. Then again, it is the only RV store/repair shop around here.
