We traded in our TT to a dealership and bought a Class A MH. Now a week later, they text me, asking me where my "hitch work" is, and asking why it wasn't inside of my TT. Huh??? What is the norm? ...

It is the buyers responsibility to have a proper hitch to tow the trailer bought. If the dealer wants to throw a hitch into the deal then it is written into the sales contract, it eats into dealers profit. I will not give the dealer my hitch or wd bars.
