Coax straight in from outside so you can hook up a satellite receiver, then run satellite receiver output to other connector to go to televisions.
Orange cable is so you can hook cable tv coax to outside coax and run it straight to the tv. One coax from outside does double duty. (I did something like that in my previous RV.)
In other words, replace the orange cable with your satellite receiver for satellite. Leave the orange wire for cable tv.
