I just use these bubble levels:

They are way more accurate than you really need for leveling an RV. I stick one on the left of the rear panel of the camper and one on the rear of the left panel of the camper (basically right next to each other on adjacent walls) so I can level the TC without walking around.
I like the bubble levels because I can tell when I'm leveled "close enough" when I'm camped somewhere that's not particularly flat, or if I want to move the truck around a little to find a reasonably level spot without dismounting the camper. The electronic thing with three LEDs is probably about as good as eyeballing it.
