We bought the same unit last week. It came with an Ultra Fab jack, model # 38-944017 which is rated at 3,000 lbs. This product has mixed reviews but we have the same one on our previous TT and it worked well for over three years with lots of use. Since this one came with the TT we will give it a try and replace if necessary. lizzie
