What TC destinations?

What places do you find youself going back to more often cause it's so very great a place?

I'm starting to look for new travels lately.

Hoping this will not get moved to another forum as TCrs go better places. That's for sure.
  • Oregon has some wonderful places too! The coastal range, the south/western for the mountains, Redwoods, rivers....Central Oregon for high desert, hiking, trails, lakes, Eastern for plains, history, lakes, rivers...epic fishing, hunting all over!
  • Stanley Basin, Idaho, and the Sawtooths. Salmon River Valley and the Lemhi Valley. Canyonlands N.P.in Utah -- Island in the Sky section is breathtaking. On the east coast try the 450 mile long Blue Ridge Parkway, brilliant this time of year. Speed limit 45 mph and campgrounds everywhere along the way.

Those are just a few of my favorites.
  • I'm putting together a list of travels to do. Love the places that are beautiful in the fall as my camping season starts after schools get back in.

I've been to the Canadian Rockies 12 times. Im thinking Whistler and the Coast Range Mtns in western B.C. and the Black Hills with the many scenic routes there. Been many years since Alaska so that's on the list too. Thinking Mtn back roads of Colorado in such a way as to mosey every mtn road there is there.

Thank you so much everyone.... I'm the guy that has to have trees, mtns and no interstates if I can.
  • We go to Yellowstone every season of the year, but not everyone is that lucky.

Utah, Utah, and did i mention Utah?

    Or, any National Park.
  • What bighatnohorse said--^^

If you have not visited Colorado it is gorgeous any time of year. Right now I am sitting on my deck practically watching the Aspen leaves change before my eyes... (maybe the whiskey is assisting in that ...LOL)
  • What's your starting point and how far do you want to go and for how long?
