what to pay

I have also found a left over 2014 same model. Is there anything I should be concerned about buying a left over? Is $1000 less then a 2015 seem appropriate? Thanks for your help. We are upgrading from a pop up which we bought off craigslist. I don't like dealing with dealers! My neighbor sales cars I never step foot in a dealership and he sells them to us pretty much at his cost. So we are use to saving $1000's off the msrp! I realize people need to make money though.
