I believe Dicor recommends a final cleaning with denatured alcohol prior to resealing cracks with Dicor. The alcohol should evaporate dry quickly without damaging the roofing material as petroleum products could. Denatured alcohol is available at Lowe's or HD, paint stores, etc.
