Because of your weight limits, aside from the Scamp your options are limited. Another brand to look at it is Casita.
Regarding Scamp, the weights they list are dry weights. Dry weight is a fictional number. It's not the weight you will be towing. You need to find out what the GVWR is of those trailers. I know it's not high, but I'm thinking they'll weigh over 2000# when loaded for a trip.
