That is great. You get 5v and up to 4 amps. That means you have 20 watts of power. My CPAP is 12v and is fused for 8 amps, so it pulls about 90 watts. This device provides a little over 1/4 of the power my CPAP machine takes.
It is not all about volts. The amps matter too.
