Dodge knows EXACTLY what it's doing in terms of demographics of buyers and what types of trucks sell.
If you look at where trucks sales have grown the most in recent years this is the market. Upscale, more city than country, aggressive front and rear ends...(Have you guys looked at YOUR grills lately?)
The interior is much like the top of the line 2014 Ram. And looks more Range Rover than Land Rover.
As for the Grill take a look at the 1953 dodge pick up...you can see the heritage and styling clues go at least that far back.
It WILL SELL like mad.
And dont think Ford and Chevy dont play this game...What about the "King Ranch" and the self described "Cowbow-Themed" Silverado High Country? C'mon get real. Luxury pickups sell well whether it's to rich farmers and ranchers to whom it's their Cadillac or to the city guys who want a truck...
